Amazing dermatologist. I travel for work and her office was the only one to fit me in within an acceptable timeframe. Staff is extremely kind and respectful. Dr. Pierre-Louis, I can’t say enough good things about. She cares and that’s what truly matters. Definitely recommend her practice!
I have been a patient at Twin Cities Dermatologist for about two years now, and my experience has been a mix of positive and negative aspects. Initially, the results on my face were impressive, and they played a significant role in improving my skin condition. However, one downside is the often lengthy wait times. There have been instances when I had to wait for an extended period before being seen. Overall, the clinic's effectiveness in treating skin issues is commendable, but they could improve their scheduling to enhance the patient experience.
I thoroughly explained how to properly charge my insurance cards. They completely disregarded the information I provided and charge my card for the remaining amount that insurance didn’t cover. I left three voicemails and two emails explaining how to process primary and secondary cards and they never responded to me. Seems like they just want to take your money and then blame you for their incompetence. I want my insurance processed properly and my money back. Worst experience ever. I’ve never had an issue with my insurance until this place.
Dr. Louis-Pierre is the worst supervisor, She is disrespectful toward her staffs. I truly feel bad for her workers. All she cares about is her money and quantity of her clients. She's always disorganized and she takes that on front desk staff and make clients wait for hours. Employees leave her left to right because of her unprofessional manner. Please do not work here!!!
I cannot speak more highly of this place and Dr. Pierre-Louis. I went to numerous dermatologists before who never solved the problem or misdiagnosed me. It was almost immediately that I was finally (after years) had my issues solved. I noticed the other reviews that mentioned the billing/insurance person that was terrible at her job - and I agree. I had to make a complaint and the other staff handled it incredibly well and apologized. I believe said person has since left. But Dr. Pierre-Louis is genuinely, undoubtedly, and 100% the absolute best dermatologist I have ever had. I cannot say that enough. My hair and skin are incredible and have never looked BETTER.
I cannot speak more highly of this center and Dr. Pierre Louis. My skin has never been better! She is brilliant and listens attentively to my concerns. I noticed some other reviews mentioning a staff person being rude, but thankfully that staff person is no longer employed. Everyone - from the doctor to the PAs to the front desk personnel - always make me feel heard and appreciated. I love this place and recommend it to anyone and everyone! Dr. PL is the best experience I’ve had with a doctor EVER.
Seems like they only care about the bad review I gave instead of responding to my voicemails asking for an update on my insurance being billed. Transferred twice to the billing office and no one answered. You can make this right by answering your phone calls and responding to voicemails. Fix this now.
Margareth Pierre-Louis shouldn’t be in this profession. She’s un-knowledge in this field and puts her feelings over factuality. She’s very condescending and she should be disbarred, very unprofessional. Not good for business!
